  Any third-party parts carry their own manufacturer warranties, which we honor fully.
• Exclusions & Conditions
  Our warranty does not cover routine maintenance parts (like fixture lamps), misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
• Timely Support
  Standard warranty work is handled during our normal business hours:
  🕖 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
  Emergency service is available at premium rates.

Although there are many electrical contractors in the Lincoln area, most are focused on residential or commercial construction. Very few specialize in electrical service work. At ABC, we have dedicated service technicians that are not involved in new construction but exclusively focus on electrical service work.

We do not use subcontractors - our techs are employed with us, highly trained, and trusted. ABC electricians do not work for commission, either. We don’t have incentives to upsell customers, so we only focus on doing the best job.

Our clients only pay for the labor and material necessary for their projects. Many companies use a flat rate or per-job pricing methods, which are based on labor rates of $150 to $200 per hour – substantially higher than the market average.
