| Brad started in the Electrical Construction
Industry as an IBEW apprentice wireman in 1983, after completing 4 years of
classes and 8000 hours of OJT Brad took the Journeyman Electrician's test
for the City of Lincoln and earned his Electricians License. Brad advanced to General Foreman at ABC and
provided supervision on many Industrial and
Commercial projects such as; |

| Brad has received training in PLC's Accubid and
25 years of Journeyman upgrade training. |
| Brad left construction for 3 years to work as a
maintenance electrician at Quebecor printing which added to his diverse
knowledge. |

| Brad is married to Cathy, they have 3 children. |
